W.I.P #7

Well,Well,I have missed 3 wks of WIP with Lee at Freshly Pieced
I have decided to quilt 2 different quilts at the same time.. Am I crazy or what? The first quilt is for one of my nieces who is due ANY day now,so I have to get busy.

This tumbler quilt is being quilted on my regular machine.
The next quilt is being quilted on Marlenes' frame. The pattern is called Happy Hour from Atkinson Designs
The fabric is Hushabye by Tula Pink
I love doing curly Q's they are easy peasy..
My son decided to help me for a minute.
Thank you for stopping by,Amy

I've missed you. I see you are in the 3X6 bee. I just joined. Can you give me any hints? Never been in a bee before.

Love your tumbler quilt, and the curly Qs on your Tula Pink quilt are really great! It's not crazy at all to be finishing two quilts at once when you can actually do them in two places! :) Good luck!

Can't go wrong with hushabye and the teal color for the sashing.

oooh - both your quilts are great - am anxious to see the one on the long-arm complete. Nice!

I love the pastal colours, and I wouldn't have thought or turquoise, pink and brown, buy they are really good together

I like both of them! My MIL always likes to talk about teaching her 4 boys to sew as well. Of course, they used to sew sleeping bags and parachutes for their GI Joes!

Have you seen the tee-shirt that says " real men quilt"? Especially effective when worn by a big guy on a Harley :0)!

Happy Sewing, love the baby quilt.
